Touches of Fall

This year it took me no time at all to decorate our home for fall. In this season of life, I am finding that less is more. That is so true with the comforts of our home. A simple design aesthetic and no clutter is what I am loving most. That’s why instead of going full ham on fall decor, I opted for touches of fall.

Sticking with classic and simple fall decor will leave you wanting to use it year after year. I only added a few new things this year. Like the large pumpkin on our entry table, I scored it at Lowe’s Hardware. I am loving chocolate brown this season. I wanted to add touches of this rich and warm brown color throughout my fall decor. I found these glass votives and bronze glass pumpkins at Hobby Lobby.

I always love real mini pumpkins and gourds, they are just so darn cute! You can usually find these for one dollar at your local grocery store or pumpkin patch. They just look so much better than fake ones!

Target gets me every single year when it comes to fall. I love their selection of pumpkins, as well as their fall floral arrangements. They are my way of updating my fall decor without spending too much. Their decor is always so fresh and modern, and at a good price point too.

If you’re like me you live for this time of year. Fall brings such a peaceful state into our homes, and its important for me to resemble that in my decor choices. If you’re looking to simplify your life, take the first step with your home decor, and thank me later. So, light a pumpkin spice candle and enjoy how fresh and clean your home feels, not to mention cozy too!
