Porch: Halloween Edition

Ahhh, my favorite season is here… spooky season. I am a long time lover of Halloween, and a hoarder of way too many Halloween decorations. This was my porch last year in 2021, and I adored it so much, I am recreating it again. I knew I wanted my porch to be spooky, but also cute! Plus, I needed it to easily transition back to fall for the month of November.

A lot of my fall/halloween decor is an accumulation of gems I’ve found over the years. I love to find large ceramic pumpkins that I can use year after year at places like Lowes Hardware and TJ Maxx. I always source my unique pumpkins, from a local farmers market; Josh’s Farmers Market in Mooresville, NC.

Keeping with the simple and spooky theme, I added these large fuzzy spiders from Amazon on our porch wall. They come in a pack of two, and really stand out! (Don’t worry I’ll link them below!) You could really add more drama, with a halloween inspired wreath, and some small bats coming out near your entry way. Throw some skeletons in the rocking chairs too!

Nothing makes me happier than fixing my porch all cute and pretty for the season. Endless ways this time of year to get creative with your front porch or entry ways. Here’s to getting your crafty witches hat on, and making your porch a showstopper. Can’t wait to show y’all what I’ll do this year…
